You can actually get that on some lenses. The glasses I had through HS had them; they lasted 6 years, and only the inside of the lenses took any damage (they don't coat the inside).

Yeah, I got them off of frames direct.com. They call and confirm with you and emphasize that they are non-returnable because they are custom-made in England. It was an impulse splurge to buy them and I measured how big the size would be on my face with a ruler and felt pretty good about it.

These are the 45mm, and I'm very happy with them, sometimes I feel like they might be just slightly too small, but in no way a deal-breaker. Mind you I'm 6'2 and have a somewhat large head. I kinda wish that I had gone up 2-4 more mm, but I think it's just because I have a perverse draw to Constanza-core that I cannot bury.

N.B. I ordered them off of frames direct because after I had finally tracked down what they were, Saville Row's website looks shitty and neglected as fuck, which makes sense because they are essentially a boutique that never has to update their styles.

After receiving them and loving them, my only dilemma was what to do about sunglasses. At the time of ordering from frames direct they did offer an "add-on" of clip-on sunglasses, which I was not so keen on at the time.

After a while I really regretted not getting the clip-ons so I had to order them through Saville Row, which was one of the most byzantine and drawn out retail experiences I've ever had in my life.

TL;DR: yes I love them, go to a frame shop and figure out what diameter you want for you face. Then order them through frames direct and definitely opt for the cable temples and the clip-ons.
