If a Mario reference makes me dirty I'd rather not be cleansed

Save your money, dont compromise what you want by buying a cheaper version of it, buy second hand (resell what you dont want to keep), find a style you like and develop it

Cheers! I have a real crummy job right now and only have, like, £5 - £10 to spend on clothes as is which stretches me thin - I personally like the flannel-beanie-shirt look but only because its my most worn outfit

>> No.9085029

Looks fine for your age I guess.

Does it really? I'm 17 at the end of the month and since I'm the poorest out my social group they all consider me scruffy, any way I can tidy up?

>> No.9085051

>>9085037
Just maybe ways I could actually look more current and less poor tbh, I know higher price = higher quality but there has to be some ways to pinch pennies and still look good?

>> No.9085056

>get an undercut
>ditch the beanie
90% of problem solved. For the other 10%:
>find clothes that fit
>lurk waywt and inspo threads to see what looks good
>go thrifting if you're poor

>> No.9085060

>>9085051
yeah you look scruffy because your hair is shaggy from scoobydoo

uniqlo, target, h&m, topman for basics

>> No.9085078

>>9085025
since it seems like you cant really save enough get get high quality stuff if focus on alright basics from fast fashion joints (topman, h&m, uniqlo)

Yeah i have naturally hella-curly hair so I wear the beanie as a way to just not have to deal with it, I'm doing a longitudinal charity thing for MacMillan right now and I haven't cut my hair for nearly 2 years, by my 18th it's all (hair and raised cash) going to them so cutting isn't an option, how about tying it up in a medium ponytail? Any neater?

You're perfectly fine. :)

shave (or trim, and cultivate a beard) and do something with your hair. it doesn't take THAT much money to at least stop looking fucking scruffy.

>> No.9085117

>>9085084
you might want to consider asking that charity for money

:^)

Idk man. Maybe don't wear the same clothes all the time. Like you said in >>9085025 you have a "most worn outfit". Switch it up.

>> No.9085156 [DELETED]

>>9085115
Eh no.... having a patchy as fuck beard at 17 is a quick way to look 'poor'.
