I copped a Canada Goose Citadel parka in black.

I'm just so tired of being cold in the winter. I want to be toasty goddamn it.

Have I made a terrible mistake? If so, what should I have bought instead? :(

No.
The whole point of Canada goose is function.
So as long as you're actually living in a cold area; like edmonton. You won't have any problems.
Just don't wear it in a mall or anywhere with heating. Also if you wear it when it's +15, you'll like a fuccboi....even -5...

>>9004707 is right; if you've actually even set foot in Toronto, you would know they're even more played out than those fucking homo riding boots on white trash girls. i bet this winter even homeless people will be wearing shitty canada goose

i wonder if shivering in the cold in a $500 pleb jacket is effay

nobis is better in every way:
100% better aesthetic, makes you look like a handsome athletic greek god instead of a fucking snowman
also the designers actually put some thought into the design. you look like a retarded chicken when you use the Canada goose hand warmers
the fabric is 200% better than your garbage Canada goose made in canada by chinese immigrants. i bet you're too poor to even walk into a shop and feel the unique texture lol

In what way?

Design-wise? The Nobis Cartel has a magnetic closure, pit vents, and removable hood and fur. The Canada Goose Chilliwack has none of these.

I would also say that the Cartel looks significantly better, especially since it is more slim-fitting, but my opinion is subjective.

If you're talking quality-wise, the Cartel is made from a material that feels a lot better (you'll agree with me on this once you get to handle it in real life), the down is warmer than the Chilliwack's, and the fur tends to be bigger, at least from my experience.

Sure, there's lots of shit coming from Chinese factories, but do you realize your iPhone is made in China? Likewise, Canadian-made does not always imply quality.

I'm not shitting on CG; their jackets are great quality, but I do believe that Nobis jackets, at least the ones I've come across, have similar build quality.

Which Nobis are you looking at that costs $1k+? Cartel is $830 in stores (900 or so with tax), and $600 BNWT on Kijiji.
