I'd suggest layers as someone said earlier. right now your hair is very one dimensional and a bit flat since it's all one length. layers would give it some nice texture and lighten the weight, creating more volume. you don't even need to lose much length if you don't want to.

Also maybe try going with a different part. I think the center part might be contributing to the aged look.

In the meantime, you can make a bit of interest and youthfulness to your hair by putting it up in a semi loose bun when you have damp hair to get some natural looking waves going once you take out the bun.

Part of the problem also seems to be your outfit and make up.

That blazer looked too bulky, the red top makes you look like a potato sack and it almost looks like you're not wearing a properly fitting bra. Try cooler colours because you look pink toned and too much red will make you look hammy and try to get a bra that doesn't give them a saggy appearance - if you either guess sizes or trust commercial bra measurements look up online guides to get it done properly, basically underbust and bust measurement, first gives the band size and the difference between the two gives cup. Loads of commercial measurers will add 4 to make sure you're within their size ranges which results in too large and band and too small a cup giving not enough support to most women.
Try a top with underbust darting and no cowl neck if you want to look professional but not middle aged.


For your hair get a one length slightly above shoulders bob with subtle side fringe and part it slightly to one side. Do you dye your hair? If so stop and either start henna-ing it or return to your natural colour because it looks damaged and frizzy and too warm for your undertones. Give it some deep conditioning treatments as well because the condition of it is ageing you.

Your eyebrows look ill defined which ages people. Get a spoolie, brush the hairs up and trim any that veer wildly over the eyebrow limit, pluck any below stragglers, then brush the hairs down with the spoolie, note where the highest point is then take whatever eyebrow product you're using and lightly fill the top line from the highest point in very soft diagonal strokes and extend from the end if necessary, brush into normal position and lightly fill where needed.
Define your eyes more. If you want professional then get yourself a nude eyeshadow palette, darker crease and lashline, lighter lid, then put some mascara on and you've got subtle work appropriate but defined eyes.

Okay you need
1. A better dye job. That color looks unnatural and cheap on you. Go with maybe a deep chocolate brown. You're too sallow for blondes and reds.
2. Better haircut, obviously. Go to an actual salon and ask for layers and volume on top. A texturizing or volumizing spray could work well for you. I recommend Davines sea spray
3. BETTER GLASSES. Good lord you need them. Try Warby Parker, they have awesome styles that won't make you look like a grandma like you do now
4. Eyebrows. You don't look like you need a ton of makeup, but you need to be filling in your eyebrows. It will make a huge difference.
5. Clothing.....is too long of a road to get into. You really need to not dress like a 40 year old if you don't want to look like one
6. Probably don't want to hear this, but it's key. Lose the extra weight. You'll go far.
7. Better bra. Get one. Get yourself a ton of delicate underwear that makes you feel feminine. It will inspire you to start doing other nice things for yourself.
