can I get a legit check

I want to buy this pair. At first I was immediately turned off because of the way the leather looked and the lack of staples. (claims these are fw 14/15, which I think is even for sale) but anyways I started comparing it to the most recent versions, I thought the stitching was sloppy but they often have stitching just as bad up close. Nor do the newest versions have the staples in the heel, and they don't seem to have rick owens printed inside the shoe anymore. The attached tag looks kind of legit as do the proportions, but I was wondering if anyone with a recent model could comment on the small details.

some things I've noticed are the square stitching, which seems to have changed with recent seasons and the colorway, which has the yellow sole. Not sure since every place has different offerings for f/w 2014 but haven't found a shop with it yet

also that the stitching goes back further than Ive seen on other models but idk
