Okay, picture's me. I've been wearing hats, caps, beanies for ages - especially since I started growing out my undercut - because I simply don't know what to do with my hair.
My forehead's big, I have crowns and my general hair structure sucks balls.

As you can see my hair's rather thin and without much volume. Pictures were taken after showering, but the hair's dry already (no poo, also no wax).
I'm able to get more volume and some shape when blowdrying, but for some reason my hair loses the shape quite fast.

For the next visit at the hairdresser, I'm rather tending towards something short. Maybe short sides again.
I'd love to have hair like 3:01, but I think I'm better off with something like 3:20

A couple of days ago there was this hair stylist in a hair thread with good advice so I thought it would be a good time to ask this question.
I've always had a problem with what to do with my hair and it's always been a source of frustration for me.
Would anyone of you know if I could just go to a hair stylist and ask for advice on what to do with my hair? I'm aware I shouldn't be a sheep and do what they say without thinking about it myself but I'd like the opinion of someone who knows how hair works since my hair is pretty shitty.

If I could do this, could anyone give some tips on what to look out for? The times I've been to a hair stylist/barber have been a disappointment to say the least and I'm afraid they'll fuck it up again. Last time I've been to one was a year ago and I decided not to have it cut before I knew what to do with it. But it's getting too long now and as such I'm posting this plea for help on what to do.

I've always had a buzz cut done by myself at home because I wasn't too bothered and it was practical but I think I look terrible with a buzz cut because I have such a round face anyway and other people told me to grow my hair, too.

I put American Crew fibre in there after putting in some anti frizz leave in conditioner. While everyone is saying that my look before was better, it took like 40 minutes everyday to prepare and even then it would change over the course of the day. What should I do with my hair? It's moderately curly, short around the edges. It looks horrible when it curls, as they go everywhere. What should I do? What's a nice short hair curly style? (keeping in mind I want to keep sides and back short)

I have bleached and dyed hair, from root to tip, and its extremely brittle and damaged, not the worst i've seen but it's fairly bad
i've been using coconut oil and leaving it in overnight to help get it healthy or healthier than it is now, and although it is helping, it's doing minimal effects

from a femanon, i'd recommend just growing it out, maybe an inch past where your jawline begins
will take time and patience, but practicing proper hygiene and care as you go along will definitely pay off

I'm going through the process of growing out my hair. Bangs, length, everything after having a salon nightmare. The lady literally chopped off five inches and gave me short layers when I asked for long. But anyways, It was at my shoulder, now it's this length. This is my hair after doing nothing to it by the way.

How can I make the growing-out process any more forgiving? What should I do with my hair? Also I am a natural dirty-golden blonde, but I feel like my skin is a bit to yellow-undertoned for blonde hair, so I dye it medium brown.
