Bought two Dunlop KT-26 shoes all black and a white/red/blue pair. I don't fucking know why I was gonna use them for beaters but I don't wear them at all. I think they were 30 each.

Basically a lot of shoes. I have too many that I don't wear. Two pairs of NBs that I have no interest in. Two pairs of Sauconys I wear very occasionally.

Also a whole bunch of weird ironic shirts that I thrifted that kinda just sit there

they look fucking sick, but i got NAILED on shipping and duty, due to them being shipped from italy

bumped cost from 180 to like 300 dollars.

i also spent 300 dollars on a f/w uniqlo utility parka in JP small off of rakuten thinking it was the equivilent of a US XS, but it turns out it was just a regular US small (measurements on the item were listed as smaller than they actually were). the real fucking pisser about that is that a few days before I could have copped the exact same parka off of grailed for 100 less

Google how to stretch shrunken wool sweaters, it's not too late. It won't be quite the same, in my experience it feels more stiff after you stretch it back out, but it's usually fine.

It's heat, mostly. If you wash any garment in hot water and let it air dry, it'll still shrink a little. However, the dryer exacerbates this incredibly.

But remember, wash is wear! Do you really need to wash that sweater? Chances are the answer is no, unless you spill ketchup on it cause you're a clumsy fuck, you typically have no reason to wash sweaters.
I know people that throw sweaters in the wash literally every time they them, and all that does is wear down the sweater, and the sweater never even touches their skin cause they wear it over a shirt.
