Best looking/most functional winter coats?

The object is to be warm, have a decent range of motion and not look like a complete tool.

They'd presumably be suspicious of anyone wanting to cover up, though. So it wouldn't matter if it's him specifically, right?
You could also do stuff like set it up so groups of three or more brown faces get flagged for review by an operator, or groups of people running.
