Anyone ever been to a cobbler before?

I shoulda fucking listened to you guys. I copped some allsaints boots i was in love with that everyone told me repeatedly that the soles would blow out, and a few months into wearing them they fucking BOTH blow out at the same time. Like they're on a fucking timer or something.

Anyway. I only paid $100 for them so I was thinking about getting them fixed and wearing them out a bit more rarely.

Does anyone know how much a cobbler costs to fix the front ends of the soles disattaching from the shoe?

i took my boots to a cobbler and it cost £25
he also reinforced the parts of the sole that seemed to wear away quicker which any good cobbler should be able to do and it makes them last much longer and wear away at the same pace.

Depends where you are. In Manhattan, you get them shore up your sole for about 50. They'll probably throw in some old school Jewish shoe maintenance wisdom, too. The guy gave me a master class when I need some work done on my Wings.

grails are a personal thing. for everyone to have the same grail is the most plebeian thing i can think of. Why would you want to look like everyone else?

also pic related is the damage. Just from walking.

I wanna make my postmans look like this , how much do u reckon it'd cost 2 put one of these soles on?

haha that sucks, personally i like all saints as well but it does suck that they don't use good materials. They'd be so much more respected.

anyway it shouldn't cost more than $60 to resole both

there's a reason it costs like $50 for both

you're not willing to spend $50 to repair a pair of boots you said you would have paid $300 for? Just get them resolled and spend $100 if you have to. At least youd have a decent pair of boots.

thats not me (op)

i probably will go to a cobbler. Just kind of pissed that I have to pay half of what i paid for the shoes just to repair em

if the new soles are good and nothing else goes wrong it would actually be a pretty good deal. $150 for a pair of sturdy good looking boots.
