'Ace' is the name of the cut. All of the Acne Ace jeans will fit the same. The other part of the name is the colour wash. Ace Cash are overdyed black which fade when washed, whereas Ace Stay Cash are treated not to fade so will stay blacker for longer.

It does tell you in description about the wash on each jean, you might notice variations in the materials used for each one as well (more elastic etc.)
