Loose clothing allows a vapor pocket to form around your body, while allowing really hot stuff through the thin fabric. It's how ACUs are built. They breate pretty fucking well, and keep the sun from hitting and burning your skin. Now, probably he should not be wearing black, but I think he's doing it more for the impact. Either way, he's not going to die from the heat. I do like his boots, though. He probably took them from the Iraqi army. Looks like our desert tan boots. I also like his holster. Leather is always a nice touch. Personally, I'd dress like older French Foreign Legion.
