Filipino. I never watched The Raid (seen bits of it though). My ears were like that when I was born. Mom tripped pretty hard early in her pregnancy with me, which I think caused this preference for growth on one side. Ya know, all the baby fluids/nutrients.

Right ear is underdeveloped, left ear is more developed but still not quite normal - had to get surgery to get that one to stick out/it was pointing forward before. Also, 60-70% deaf with better hearing on left ear. That little bump above the right ear is the beginning of the growth of the upper part of the ear, I think, but it stopped right there. It's freaky, I know. But I kinda don't want to hide it anymore. Esp since people don't know I'm deaf if I hide it.

Especially the side and top. I was planning on making it look like Morrissey's hair + one of the Duran Duran guys but I underestimated how long the top should be. I thought it should be 2-3 inches long when it apparently should be longer, more like 3-5 inches long.
