Not uncommon for winter to drop to 30F. But I live in the panhandle, closer to Alabama & Georgia. I went to Miami once, though at the peak of winter, or a 'cold front'. Was probably 60F. Could have just worn a long sleeve t, but everyone was wrapped in sweater & scarves & gloves. Guess it's all what your used to. hah
