follow what you like, and what you know about, and just select some effay stuff from them.
it'll suck if you got a poster for some movie or band you never seen/heard and somebody visiting you is like "OH YOU LIKE EXWHYZEE? ME TOO, WHATS YOUR FAVORITE PART?" and you got no fucking response because you bought it like some pretentious douche because it looked "effay"

if you're focusing on films, I'd stray away from posters which are dominated by shirtless men for one, and maybe not so edgy/hard like taxi driver
