the vans having such a low profile is just to jarring for me with those joggers,
though i'd hate to say it roshes / frees or some other tech-y running shoe would be better here

or you could consider switching out the joggers for some stonewash / light indigo denim
again i'm not too sure about the contrast of red and blue but its worth a try.
