I do this all the time. cozycore.
Just wear things that fit your shape well and get a silhouette you like and you can get away with things like basketball shorts, tanks, tees, etc. Just keep it neat, make sure the colors work

keep most pieces solid color and logo free

also, the details are important. little things like wearing a pair of rare shoes can let people know that you secretlt know what you're doing ;)
