Just watch your calorie count, faggot. 12-year-old girls eat 1200 calories a day on average, so make your between 1400-1500 for the best results. Switch to almost only veggies (supplement what vitamins veggies aren't exactly good for, like B12), drink black coffee to curb hunger, and do some fucking cardio. Losing weight is literally 'eat less, move more'.

And remember: Alcohol bad, water good. Water/Tea has 0 calories no matter the ounces consumed. Milk/alcohol/juice/whatever have calories and don't fill much stomach space. ALWAYS drink a glass of water before eating to make sure you're actually hungry, as most hunger pangs are actually thirst, and people confuse this almost all the time.

I skip breakfast, have a turkey sandwich with much fruit and veg on side for lunch, some almonds or a yogurt with chia seeds as a snack and a veggie burger with no bun or salad with grilled chicken or sushi for dinner.
