FORMAL OCCASIONS TIERS

1. Funerals - White shirt and black suit/tie are the only shit you go with here anon, were some crazy patterns and shit and you deserve to be punched in the face by the family of the deceased.

2. Evening Wedding - or some conservative as shit family (if you're going to the wedding you should be able to figure this shit out). Wear a suit, and if you have a date (but you don't) match your tie to her dress. Otherwise go black, it's safe.

3. Daytime wedding - Blue/grey/tan suits acceptable (and encourage, imho) here, you can wear a bright tie with a plain white shirt OR a bright shirt with a plainish tie. Don't mix patterns, or you'll look like a fool.

4. Party with invites/work function/etc - try and find out attire from the host, otherwise do shirt tie combos that look good.

Most of this shit is in the fucking sticky, but regardless, this is always good advice to follow.

Also half the shit on those color wheels looks terrible in my opinion but it's your call. You can tell when you pull shit off and when you can't.
