A discouraging as it is, a lot of it comes down to genetics.

However, it's still possible to get that body type. It just takes a lot of work.

Biggest thing is to loose weight. A lot of weight. That kid looks like he has <4% body fat.

If we go by the name athletic would be any body of athletes which is a problem though because of the many different sports.
Therefore we need either another term or we jsut say its more muscular than otter but not as much as built. Problem is we cant really define built either since the distance to bodybuilder went further away from 50' to 70' to modern or natural bodybuilding.
