Depends. Definitely the most functional and easy haircut. You can do it by yourself with a pair of clippers effortlessly. But its harder to pull off if you dont have an edgy, hard look to you. Some say its more "boring." Personally i think its a cut you should save for when you start balding.

be wary of the buzz my friend, it usually looks good on a skinnier guy, especially if you have full facial hair (not patchy) not to say a bigger guy can't pull it off with easy. However cuts become more frequent because of the noticeable length; plus you have to be committed because the stage between buzz and longer hair is painfully ugly and you can't do much if you're looking for even growth and length. Plus I wouldn't go to the skull either, 1/4 inch is a great buzzing length

I'm thinking about getting a buzz but I'm kinda babyfaced and have a narrow chin, not sure if it will work for me.

Buzzcuts only work if you have great jaw+face aesthetics. Sure get one if you have a shitty haircut, but don't even consider it if you have decent hair. No such thing as a 10/10 guy with a buzzcut. I don't really even think i've seen a 9/10 with one. If you want quick improvement then go for it but if you want to achieve your maximum potential, stick with hair.
