this is the sleeve of the inner lining. There are 2 button receivers that attach to the inside cuff of the actual jacket. It's elastic and holds to my wrist very well. Ontop of that, the jack wrists have velcro straps which add even more tightness, so the floppy effect you are talking about is pretty much non existent with this jacket. It runs a size large tho, I got a small and it's still pretty big, I can't imagine a medium. Did I mention comfy af and cozy 2? It prett havy too. Like you will feel like you've thrown on some armor or some shit.
