is there such thing as a /fa/ rain coat?

what do you where in the rain when you have to walk around downtown?

are you just supposed to get soaked? umbrellas are shit

>> No.8427177

>>8427160
Rains makes pretty nice raincoats.

Otherwise there's a slew of water-repellant shells you can wear.

I'm usually layered, so I always have a backup.
I'm one of those coats/hoodies over a flannel/button up over a henley over a tank top people.
I agree that umbrellas are shit.
Raincoats are fine as long as they're not that rubber or tacky vibrant color bullshit.

I have a mackintosh and I love it. For any sort of trench, a brand like Topman has fits that won't make you look like a pedo. I also have a good umbrella, matched to some dark denim that keeps well in the rain

>> No.8428345

nike has some decent cheap water proof jackets and parkas if you're on a budget and want something more contemporary than a traditional rain coat

>> No.8428841

>>8428812
I'm 6'1" with an S/M. Fits reasonably well with room for a bit of layering. I feel like an XS/S would be too small, depends largely on your chest measurement though.

They ship overseas.

If you can get to Stamford Bridge in London, it's £20 cheaper.
