Diet is more important. I did accutane and still had pretty bad acne. Wasn't until I started eating autistic-levels of healthy that I obtained good skin.

Vitamins A, C, D, and E are all super important, as are omega 3s. Avoid simple carbs, try to keep sugar to a minimum. Salmon/sardines, almonds/walnuts, kiwi, leafy greens, 30-60 minutes sunlight a day, lots of water are all great for your skin.

Pro tip- Always fix up your nose. Due to genetic I already had a longish nose, which was hard enough for me but breaking it two times has fucked it up. My nose is unfixable its just long with a huge bump in the middle.
