nopoo is way to go, I recently shampoo'ed after long period of no poo now my hair just feels and looks awful. Also as an asian guy, I can sympathize. Commit to growing it out cause right now it's in the awkward inbetween stage where you just have to tough it out till you can get your hair at a length you can actually style.
