Get a zinc oxide sunblock atleast 18% made for the eyes (don't by chemical sunscreens) shishedo has a great one; use it whenever you go out.

I don't recommend most skin bleaches but suggest using uva ursi which has beta arbutin in it which converts into hydroquinone to reduce discoloring.

It might sound "gay" but a light concealer over the sunblock would probs help protect it from UVA/UVB rays

I would take my own advice but like I have been getting compliments on my looks lately and I think looking kinda "dark" helps

Glycerin is a used to extract uva ursi instead of alcohol (which is a bit harsher on skin in my experience ), it is a humectant found in nearly anything that says "moisturizing"; it is sticky, very sticky so you shouldn't use much during the day and when applying do so preferably while your skin has some moisture on it to help absorb the product better.

I am iffy about Vit C. Serums something about the acids irritating my skin.

Literally any brand of alcohol free uva ursi will do, most are speciality and are of quality; go to a health food store or preferably an herbal shop.

Yes you can though. I managed to remove 2 flat moles years ago by using a cotton swab and some acv every night for about a week. Eventually the skin scabbbed up, and then all you have to wait for is for the scab to fall of naturally. My skin underneath the scab was left slightly darker, though I think this was partially due to me pealing off the scab a little too soon. Then I bought a box of vit E tablets, the gelcaps, and pierced one every night to get the gel out which I then dabbed on to the blemished skin and left alone. Did this for around a month if I recall, the scar completely vanished and my normal skintone came back.


By all means do your research first. I was a naive 15 year old and stumbled upon this method via a thread on some random ass Korean skincare forum. I think it was called Soompi.

I'm only 170 cm at the moment, but i'll be around 180 cm in the future. I'm 18, and my brother got his last growth spurt when he was over his 20's (now he is over 180cm).
