I'm starting to get this thing. It's not as visible but a week ago I've noticed more spots like this. I drink a lot of water already.

Before rushing to a dermatologist, should I do something? Maybe wait another week?

I'm in the middle of exams but the only real "stress" I have is maybe some emotional needs, described here as ">tfw no gf" but that can't be it.

No, but I'm on a cut. I've been on diets before and this never happened.

I'm afraid to make it worse ;_;

Yeah my father has that, but from what I know the symptoms were a lot different than mine once it starts.

But to be honest that's my biggest fear. Since it's a mental problem there's nothing you can do.

Fucking waiting lists here in Denmark is a pain in the ass. Tried everything from prescription acne pills from my doctor to a permanent diet change, but nothing fucking works. Have waited 2 months to go see a derm for my cystic acne - afriad it's allready too late. Thanks shitty genetics...

W-we're all going to m-make it bros...

As many posters here have said, go to a dermatologist.

Second, stop using all of those products on your skin. Find a mild acne body wash that works for you and use it daily.

Remember! Pat dry. Apply BP on problem areas before bed and wear a clean t-shirt too.

If all said doesn't work, then try to get Tretin-X through your Derm. I used that on my bacne and I had great results.

If you have insurance I'd make an appointment. That's why you/you're parents are paying for it.

looks like allergy to me (im not a doctor). you can see the discoloration around the whole area like a contact dermatitis.

try to think about anything new you're using. detergents, creams, lotions, cleaners, contact with plants, etc. Could be hair if you didn't shower after cutting your hair cut, but it looks too bad to be that.

Look up Tinea Versicolor.
It's a common-ish skin infection among young adult males in particular, and it is most common in places where you sweat most, like the chest, pits, stomach. It doesn't itch or cause any harm, just dryness and discoloration. I'm dealing with it and seeing a doctor about it soon.

You could have an early case of it, or it could be something else entirely. If it is it, it's treatable with regular topical treatment.

I just suggest you see a doctor whenever you can, it can never hurt.

Don’t you have mutual benefit company health centres?
I called them today for a dermatologist appointment, there are like 5 of them in the centre and they offered me an immediate appointment. Based welfare state

Also if it looks dry and scaley, try applying Selsum Blue for 15 minutes, it could be a fungus.
