Can we have a techwear pants thread?

Which pants are the most /fa/ and techy? Cargo pants, jeans or chinos? Also are levis commuter cargo pants any good, I can't find them anywhere. I've heard a lot of good things about outlier though.

none of the above

Techwear pants are a tough one because it's not as crucial as tops for waterproofing or body heat regulations so most of them are built in quick drying materials but no technical materials like shells.
However a few of the usual tech brands have some shower proof pants. Levi's commuter cargo have a good quality/price ratio.
Outlier does some shower proof chinos specialized for cycling.
Otherwise in more techy aesthetic there is Maharishi, the nano coated pants are shower proof.
There is still acronym who does the nicest tech pants around but are costly of course.

So you're best bet is levi's, quick drying fabrics or cycling pants

They're a high quality brand, just depends on how you like the look.
You can always buy cheap cargos and taper them yourself, that's what space-Hebrew did and it looks great.

Publish Legacy Jogger Pants, comes in usual array of colours, black, grey, tan, navy, green etc.

Thinking of copping, they're fairly cheap

i own these pants. they're fantastic, but very stiff. as such i don't think that dude in the pic is very comfortable, and i don't think they're very good tech wear pants for actual tech uses, like going innawoods or some shit.

they're comfy on me, but i wear them a little less skinny.

Are the Levi Commuter Cargos actually this tapered/slim or were these altered? I see wildly varying fits on these.

RLX space cargoes are great entry level tech pants. The RLX line in general is pretty techy and frequently on sale, but the cargoes can be found for sixty pretty easily and are well worth it
