this raf tee is selling secondhand on ebay BNWT for like half its retail price, but i'm not going to have money before the sale is up. alas

my probably, actual, real next cop is probably just going to be a pair of secondhand acne or apc washed blue jeans because i need some for the summer and i want to buy something secondhand in a 31 so i can see if that's my size now anyway; my 32s all feel too big on me these days and i want to try a pair of broken-in 31s for a whirl.

I don't understand the hype around brands like APC. pic related, this guy probably spent hundreds of dollars on that APC shirt and for what? It just looks like a blue shirt honestly I could pick one up that looks just like it for 20$. I'm far from a poorfag but theres no way I could justify a 250$ plain blue shirt

I don't really get buying tees from a place like APC either, personally. If you're going to buy a tee in the 100+ dollar range, I feel like you should at least buy something designer that'll stand out in your wardrobe; Raf has a bunch of really beautifully-designed shirts in that range that'll instantly stick out and give you a great statement piece for casual fits. If you're just buying Acne or APC shirts because 'quality', you can cop Norse tees for nearly half the price in probably better quality.

I can only see that kind of thing being justified if it were on sale, and even then, no more than one or two. There are so many things you could being buying and using to upgrade your wardrobe, and the returns on upgrading all of your 10 dollar monochrome uniqlo tees to 110 dollar monochrome APC tees seem absurdly low unless your wardrobe is so great you can't think of anything else to cop.

I'd pick 10 pairs of levi jeans and some chinos of the same(ish) price. I get how 400$ jeans are better quality but my 60$ 510's are doing me just fine. I see where people are coming from if they want to buy something that stands out for 100$+ but like you said, I don't see much of a point to super expensive plain shirts and jeans that you could mistake for something from H&M.

Probably getting these this weekend. They are on sale and they are also the last ones in stock for s/s 2014 so I figure I might as well buy them.
