You have to eat more.

Yes, your calorie intake is too low right now and your body is in costant "almost-starving" mode, so it tries to make as much backup fat as possible.

You need to find out a right daily calorie dose for you (use an online calculator, there's shitton of them).

Start eating more meals per day. You propably had 1 or 2 big-ass, calorie-rich meals per day and a lot of small snacks inbetween. This is the worst shit you can do to your body. (cont)

I'm someone who used to be obese. I lost about 25 KG in a year without exercising and now I'm seing that I'll eventually be entering skinnyfat mode if I keep losing weight without doing almost any exercise at all.

If you don't want to build muscle and you want to keep weight, just eat healthy and do not go to the gym. (does not include skinnyfat people).

Oh, I think the reference images I've seen on google of body-fat/body-type might be wrong then because from those he'd be like at 13% bodyfat but with little developed muscles, which is really my aim, I don't like muscled bodies that much, I just feel like it doesn't fit my personality.
