i love the massive beardyman look, but most guys (myself included) don't have the genes/patience to grow one.
been trimming my stache at a 5 and the rest at a 3, gives my face definition, looks thick enough, but still looks pretty close.

I do have more beard than you it's just that mine is pretty sparse. The hairs are hard but too sparse to form a proper beard.

i've been using minoxidil 5% for like 1,5 months? from absolutely no stubble (except about 5 mustache hair) to teenagers mustache/neckbeard
can't ake it grow out of my cheecks/sides tho, we're all gonna end up transplating our hair mate

Man, my hair connects from the back of my neck to my back, shoulder, and chest down my happy trail to the nether regions and my near legs. My chest hair grows 3 inches up my neck. Thankfully my beard line stops before my actual neck.

The only places on my body not covered with hair are my lower back, and my neck.

How do you apply the minoxidil? Every day? Can you keep shaving or do you have to apply it on your facial hair in order for it to work?

It's not dense enough for a proper beard and on my mustache I have a bit less than that. On my cheeks I only have a few hairs as you ca see on the right.

Just trim it close, say with 3mm and then adjust the edges with a razor, that's what I do.

i'd say it IS possible but it takes at least a year of continous usage at least twice a day plus a healthy lifestyle (not really healthy but more like supplying hair growth vitamins, biotin, etc), moisturizing ur face etc
