contrary to what the other guys said i think the weird fit of the sweater helps this outfit a lot. the monochrome draws attention to the shoes and yet the weird fit of the sweater and the peak of contrasting shirt helps to give the outfit just the right amount of weirdness or 'edge' or whatever to give it a kind of off-kilter aesthetic that i think goes perfectly with the shoes. honestly it's probably my favorite fit in the thread because it's daring, it knows what it's doing, and it works harmoniously with the item that's supposed to be the focal point, where most of the people here would have just thrown a plain bomber over their t-shirt and tried to make everything except the shoes as toned-down as possible.
