I'm not elite. I usually listen to psychedelic music, alt-country, or world music. If Joy Division was current for their time, it doesn't make any difference since I'm not 40+ years old. The fact remains that their music didn't age as well as many others, something which seems to befall a lot of the bands from that period (late 70s through the 80s).
