If you can't afford the trickers, the next step down would be a blue pair of sanders bruno's.

Bluchers are terrible. Balmorals look way better. Get some allen edmonds mcallisters instead if you want a good pair of wingtips

Because the trickers are too expensive. What is the main diffrence between the trickers and the sanders brunos? Also suede isnt stylish.

Oh and what laces should i get for the shoes? I think im gonna get orange ones link in the OP picture.

The Bruno's have a double leather sole, the trickers have a commado rubber sole.

They're both pretty clunky shoes, so it would be best if you saw them in person first. I know I was surprised when I first saw the Sanders and a Trickers Stow (basically like a boot version of the burford, or, rather, the burford is a shoe version of the stow boot).

Clunkly mcclunk clunk, so don't be fooled into thinking these are sleek-looking italian shoelets, they're english country brogues made in contemporary styles and colours.

Trickers are probably better made, but you do have to pay more for them.

Be warned, that the bruno will be harder to break in because of the double leather sole.

I almost bought a pair of those blue ones but decided against it in the end.

1) I am undecided on how much use I'd get out of blue calf leather shoes (almost bought a pair of navy blue trickers stow though, so I'm still on the fence)

2)double leather or no, it's still a leather sole, and I'm sick of leather soles since when they wear out I have to send the shoes back to the country of manufacture (england, australia, america) since I can't find a competent cobbler I trust where I am. A costly and risky process.
No more leather soles for me.
Composite, commando, cork-rubber, fucking dainite.

I wasn't sure whether a topy would work on a double leather sole, or whether it would make it even more stiff or contribute to undue wear on the uppers. So, I passed.

Keep these in mind before you buy.
