that mixture of textures doesn't work at all, it's far too loud. the shoes/stockings don't work with the top but they would look fine with the bottom if you paired it with a nice softer colored solid top I'm thinking a peachy pink. the top on it's own is interesting, but definitely wear that with dark colors on bottom and never ever think of pairing it with that sock/shoe combination ever again.
