I did practice fixing my hair with my hands but it usually gets, hmm, how to explain this, I get few hair lines that are bold, not like when it's combed back.

Well, after all that probably isn't the problem.
It makes hair perfectly fine and everything, it's stayin' there and won't move an inch, but when I go through my hair with my hand (or someone else does it ofc) it gets fucked up, I can make it good again with my hand but after some time, parts of my hair will stick out on left/right side and I have to make it again with my hand and the more I do it, the worse my hair gets.

Something that won't be hard, and is easy to mess with throughout the day. I currently make my hair as I want it and nuke it with spray so that it stays all day (paranoia/OCD/whatever, can't stand it being altered). So something decent and restylable would be fantastic.

You have to condition your hair to move back. Always sweep it back as it's growing and it'll start to curl itself inwards and back. If your hair is already as long as those pictures but isn't back, you'll have to do it on your own. I would recommend Mousse, a thick amount and work it from the bottom to the top. Don't use hair-spray.

A couple haircuts ago the barber cut the bottom of the [right] side quite short and tapered it up pretty high on my head, I think it made it look quite a bit more interesting and I'm going to try to replicate it sometime. Basically just go shorter by the ears and have it imperfectly blended.
