I poop regularly once a day with very minor variation depending on if I've overeaten. Lots of great yogurts to keep things soft, regular and large; no muss and no stress. I try things on the stores, yes. Mediums and larges (I'd probably rip a small). Having an actual chest and lats causes the length of shirts to not fall as far depening on the size. And, when measured, each increasing increment of men's sizes tends to add about 1/2 inch in total length on the torso as a standard to help mitigate the larger chest pulling. Sleeves are blatantly obvious in lengthening as size increases. They don't even MAKE standard button shirts in skinny neck sizes.

Luckily, or unluckily, all my shirts need to be "tall" regardless of M or L so I get the length I need everywhere, but you're being ignorant by claiming that a small will "drape" as low as a medium or large. Bigger sizing applies to more than just chest.

All in all, I wouldn't worry about it for now. You're probably too young anyway. If you get huge fast from where you are, you'll:
Get hideous stretch marks everywhere
Your heart won't be able to pump enough blood to your growing muscles during hard exercise
Change of diet would probably screw up your skin
Your wardrobe would cost a couple hundo to replace it all
You'll wish to be thin once you start seeing how hard it is to keep it off approaching your 30s and 40s (an on).

You've got time. Eat until you're full, take a multivitamin, drink lots and lots of water, and exercise daily. Get a healthy body, starting with your heart and lungs. Muscles will follow.

However, I do praise the idea of getting thin and keeping it there on diet alone; it's pretty tough to do more things when you're older and fatter than being younger and fatter.

Yes. Protein shakes are for when you want to build lean muscle, and works well for those who start at a good bodyweight as protein shakes contain very little calories. Gainers have slightly less protein (2/3 on average), but about 2-3 times the calories. Gainers are good when you're trying to gain both muscle and fat, which is what you need.

You can only gain ~3 kg muscle/year if you work hard and eat right, unless you're taking steroids, so it'd take ages to get any decent results just focusing on gaining lean muscle. If you gain a bit of fat too, you'll notice good results much, much faster.

Multivatim, like Centrum or something. Everyone gets a nutrient defecit somewhere, having a $8 for 120 pill multivitamin is not a bad idea (though more involved "routines" of vitamins is more effective).

As for mad muscles, no no no. I hate the mass gainers and muscle-builders of today's bodybuilding world. I'm all about healthy, athletic lifestyle. If you want something to cover up those bones, just eat more. You don't need supplements, really. Just eat until you're full, multiple times per day. You'll get there. I run between around 30-60 minutes 5 days a week and throw in a couple workouts and maintain 160 at 6'3. It's been shown in studies that females prefer males that are around 12% body fat, but with varying amounts of muscle (not sure about males). Yes, you do get stretch marks if you gain weight and muscle quickly (easy to do when you're extremely skinny and beginner muscle gains).
Yes, a person who's so skinny as to show bones likely hasn't done the exercise to get that way, it's 100% diet (or lack of it). If you suddenly put cardiovascular stress on your body and double the muscle mass in less than 1 year, such a weak heart won't keep up. You'll faint or worse. Take it easy when making progress.
If a person's diet is so narrow and limited that they look sick, they definitely are not getting enough basic nutrients. Increasing food amount will almost invariably mean broadening what's being eaten, especially if the going advice is "just eat more." No one who's getting the advice "just eat more" rushes out and buys carrots, broccoli, chicken breasts and Cheerios. They start eating more calorie dense food, which are usually fatty or oily on top of having other nutrients. I was warning against that.

im the same body shape as this ie big shoulders, big boobs, narrow waist, big hips, long torso and short legs
wear highwaisted stuff (no boys on here will agree but it makes your legs look longer and makes you look taller), dont wear turtlenecks as mentioned above, dont wear boatnecks as they'll accentuate shoulders, for tops i generally go for a scoop neck or a slight v as it's really flattering for broad shoulders and big bust.

it depends on the style you're going for tho like i prefer a boyish look so i wear bralettes to flatten my chest and skinny jeans that are slightly high waisted then make sure to balance them out with something looser on top
and wear slim black shoes to lengthen legs
