I downsized a 1461 and my toes were really uncomfortable and felt like they were trapped like a child in an Austrian fathers basement. Took them back and got a 1460 in my actual size, they're a little loose but I prefer that too my toes being deformed later in life. Can always use an insole if needed but its not even that bad. I like my toes being able to breathe with a bit of space to wriggle them around you know.
