Having incredible hair is important, /fa/. We spend tons of money on shirts, button ups, jackets, sweaters, socks, underwear, and shoes...but our hair is the thing that drives us to continue looking good.
What are the best ways to get your hair staying up without having to use harsh chemicals that could destroy your hair?

Also, hot water and wet combing are a no-no. Try to also stay away from headsets, as they cause hair loss as well.

What are some good oils, shampoos, and sprays that are good for your hair, /fa/?

wait, why?

i've been using dove shampoo with menthol in it. really great so far. use a boar hair brush to comb with no product.

I also put a bit of lemon water on it before i go outside during the summer to lighten it up

Just go no poo.

Great hair no worries, problem solved.

I use a shit ton of chemicals. I usually use a mixture of brylcreem and murray's pomade, the ratio of either one depending on which part of my head. And on my weekly shampooing, i have to put olive oil in my hair to soften up/dilute the grease, then wash it all out with dish soap.

I'm really concerned, /fa/. I'm 20 years old, and I pull on the side of my head "the temples" and I pull 3 hairs off when I pinched! THREE HAIRS. Then I pinched again, and it was like another 3 tiny hairs. My parents said to not worry, and they both have a full head of hair. AM I GOING TO BE OK? What oils do I use? What do I do? I NEED MY HAIR.

i shampoo once a week. I wash it when i shower with warm water bc im not gonna take a cold shower. I used sculpting paste when I style it

you lose 100 hairs a day from your head. it's normal

>> No.8128756

recommend me some good oils to put in my hair please! I think my scalp is crying from dryness since i wash it every morning. Is that bad to do? I just do that because I get oily quickly.

coconut. its organic and healthy, no chemicals and makes your hair soft and smell good. put it on your skin for a moisturizer and a mild sunscreen

It's the only thing that will take heavy pomades out of my hair. After that i use a shitload of conditioner, and on the weekend my hair is soft and not greasy. I grease up again every monday

Anyone have an opinion of Dr. Boner's shampoo?

I used to do no poo but after about 8 months I started getting dry scalp out of nowhere. This shit has been nice so far as opposed to regular shampoos but I want to know if you guys have an opinion on it.

Comb your hair at least once a day with a good bristle brush

If you're going to comb after showering (for those with long hair) make sure to use a wide tooth comb so as not to pull and break your hair

people who don't masturbate tend to have stress problems, and stress leads to hair loss.
