OK I'll offer you some advice, based on how I do it but i'm 10/10 pro so i'll keep some secrets to myself. It doesn't matter what I or you sell, only what you can get a prescription for. Personally stuff like syrup doesn't seem like a good choice because selling liquid is a lot harder than pills, unless you want to just move the whole bottle at once, which probably wont' be good profit.
If you are worried people are fucking with you and won't show up, don't worry about it. They don't know what you look like and you have the advantage of scoping out the location for a while. Lets say, for example, you tell them "i'm wearing an orange hat," you dont put the hat on until after youve seen them and feel comfortable. If you don't feel comfortable, you don't put the hat on and they think you were just lying and trolling them.
I've done that method before and its been fine.

I live in Belgium, and a lot of kids in the age of 15 to 18 smoke weed here, I get it supplied via Amsterdam (how typical) and then sell it for a lot more than it's worth.
