What are good plain tees to get? I tried some James Perse ones and they seemed ok, but I hate that little tag on the bottom

when you buy acne, reigning champ, norse etc are you paying for quality or something else like the brand?

>> No.8082378

>>8082158
Quality and to support fair labor. Whether the returns are worth the investment is a personal thing. All I know is if I could find tees of the same quality as my vintage made in USA tees I would gladly pay 50 dollars a pop

>>8082378
man what brands would you recommend for basic tees in terms of quality

I've been looking at buying some of the basic tee's from these brands, but the fits look all weird and boxy

>> No.8082466

I posted earlier in the thread recing splendid and acne. I don't really think acnes price is all that appealing given where its made, but I do like them. There's tons of great companies our other that make quality tees in the US or other countries with good workers rights records. shame though that for most of us that means ordering online.

thanks but 375 is a bit much considering the fact that i'd like to own at least 3 tees (white, black, grey). do u know any cheaper ones?

if the $50 tee is good quality and has a good fit, then it's worth it imo

they're delicate but the fits are nice and the jersey is soft

I havent try any of the high end expensive stuffs (>$50) but uniqlo's premium cotton and supima tees are the most comfortable tees I've ever worn. They cost like $12 but so fucking good and slim fit for typical /fa/ body.

target shirts, they're 5/15bucks. Fit is nice and they feel good. not sure how long they last though in terms of quality.

Hard to tell from a picture. Nanamuca is usually good but loopwheeling isn't a cost effective technique imo so I can imagine it's expensive.

>> No.8083553

UNIQLO Supima Cotton. I usually wear T by Alexander Wang or Rick T-Shirts, but the UNIQLO ones are my go to for sure. This is all assuming you want a nice basic tee and not a certain cut and all that jazz. I've also tried Acne (cuts not for me), SILENT (the basic tees have ladder stitching which I hate), and Undercover T-Shirts (graphics, but whatever). All pretty ehh, I stuck with the three first ones I mentioned. I haven't tried any fast fashion brands nor American Apparel so I don't have input on that.

I like gap tees. I like how they fit and their length in M. Also the sleeves are the proper length, I hate when sleeves are too long.

Just bought a bunch of Uniqlo supima cotton tees and literally every single one has noticeably different dimensions. Has this happened to anyone else? I like the fit and the price but the quality control fucking sucks.
W2C decent plain tee shirts in xs? I'm short and skinny.
