Wait, a suspension mod in a 2000 si civic? surely you can't be racing it.
there might be another reason your civic isn't worth much. just speaking from personal preference, I wouldn't pay much for a modded car.
But if it was done professionally and isn't a nig rig, more power to you.
The h22a swap sounds interesting, it's a shame about the tacoma.

Thanks but it's that impressive. The first flat I bought was from my dad. Then it was worth 180k and I got it for 90k. I was18 then. Now I have paid half of the morgage and the worth has risen to 260k.
The second apartment I bought just a while ago. I got lucky again cause it was worth 150k but I got it for 137k and with a downpayment of 20k I only have 117k left in morgage from that one.

I'm am now saving for another 20-30k so I can buy one more flat but that will take some time.
