What do you take for your hair /fa/
Used to take horse shampoo and it made my hair really thick.
now at 18 about to be 19 i have noticed my hair is getting pretty thin.
especially with my ss cut i can see through my hair onto my scalp sometimes.

How to slow alopecia

Correct me if I'm wrong or this makes little difference but I heard there are a few things that contribute to good hair.

Hormones.. If you have too much testosterone your hair on your head is thinner and more prone to hair loss. Ex weight lifters etc but if you have too little of it you won't have thick facial hair and as good as sex drive. Consider the options and what matters in your current life situation. This is why women rarely if ever go bald. Also too much testosterone makes you look like a gorilla.

Biotin I hear is good to prevent hair loss and other things.

Also don't wash your hair every fucking day. When you do this you wash out natural oils vitamins and minerals your hair has there. Have you ever read the ingredients put in most commercial shampoo products?

Other then that I think it's genetic and you just pray. Some people have good hairlines and looks others not.

Yes I know that picture of him but he obviously styled it a lot for that moment and won't hold like that for long. Normally he doesn't have it like that either I think. More like pic related, but I can't find a good high quality picture of it like there.
