Might as well make one.

Copped this on an impulse for $30 today, it's really not as bad as people here say. It's a little flashy when first applied and it burns fairly quickly since it's an EDT, but when it mellows out in two hours or so it's somewhat sweet and powdery with a tad of spice. Not bad for $30, I think I'll buy London next or at least sample it since a lot of people seem to like it.

It's pretty good if you want sublte, neat scent. Also longevity is 1-3 days, but the scent itself is inconsistent - you can feel nothing for like an hour after use, but then suddenly some wild odour emerges and everyone is asking what smells so good.

oh shit here we go.

been collecting cologne for a little while now. have certain scents for certain moods.

Sunny Day - Biotherme Force. An inexpensive but uniquely fresh smell. it feels citrusy without being too fruity. Great for the daytime, an old favourite.

Business Scent - Tom Ford Noir or Xeryus Rouge. Both are masculine scents. they don't have many undertones and have everything upfront when applied. not much transformation while wearing them, but "hard edged". Rouge is the colourful version of Noir (not just in name. it has fruitier notes) and I'll typically opt for Rouge if it's a more business casual occasion. Noir is for the benefit of other men. not a "woman friendly" scent.

Going Out / Getting Frisk: Armani Attitude. Easily my favourite scent ever. has an almost gasoline quality to it, with some "green" tones. I don't really know how best to describe it. Most certainly a nighttime scent but very fun and kinetic. Hints of smoke and leather in there too.

other favourites: 1 Million of course, but cliche at this point. Same goes for Spicebomb. Really love Burberry London. CK One is a clean scent, inoffensive and playful. Just bought a Prada cologne, name escapes me, but it's their rowing teams scent. very nautical smelling, good for rainy days

I tried a sample of eau extreme and it smells too summer-like for winter wear. Too much lemon maybe. Then I tried the regular allure homme sport and it is now my daily wear all year around. The first 30 minutes or so are a little more noticeable and flashy but after that, the base stays with very low projection. I use Kiehl's roll-on Musk.

a $26 bottle lasts for over a year and people always compliment me on the smell.

ex bought this for me and it's OK. Nothing more than that because I'm not crazy about the powdery scent.

I'm more of a Nautica Voyage guy.

Looking for a black pepper fragrance - don't mind how played out or otherwise it is.

Any suggestions?
