I have no self-confidence because acne ravaged my face.

Girls look at me though. Sometimes they'll look at me and then immediately look away. Sometimes they'll stare me down from a distance and when they get close enough, they look away.

I have decent bone structure and hair, which is why I think they're checking me out from a distance. But once they get close enough to notice my horrid skin texture, they look away.

It's a weird because I no longer no the difference between a girl that wants me to talk to her vs. a girl that is just looking at me because of how fucked up I look...

You are used to your image in the mirror because it's the only one you've seen, are are used to.

Once you see an image without it being mirrored, that is how other people see you.

So when you mirror an image it seems like you have made it to match what you see, and seem normal, while if other people see it, they see it as mirrored as they aren't used to seeing you in a mirror.

So I guess from our point of view, other people see what we think looks terrible (unmirrored) when compared to mirrored, which we ourselves think is normal.

mirror is live image retard. camera is just a snap shot. take a video of urself with a webcam while u are talking to someone or doing something, not paying attention tot he cam. then play it back. that's how you look to other people.

Use a reverse mirror + film yourself from a distance to get a better idea of how you appear

Don't forget camera's are way more likely to distort an image than a mirror. When I look in the mirror I see both my ears, when I use my iphone camera, I can't see my ears and my cheeks/nose are like way wider because of focal length.
