I moved out to college. I felt bad because I forced my parents to be paying for me to move out even though I was a very good student (18/20 average grades troughout highschool) and flunked on my final exam.
My father actually makes really good money, it was not that they couldn't afford, they could, easily, but still, it's an expense that could be avoided.
I also realized I'm in control of what I eat now, it's my responsibility to stop being a fat fuck.

As for calories and exercise:
0 exercise.

dinner(~350 kcal)
I average about 900kcals/day.

some of the things I mentioned simply don't exist in english, have you thought about that? ;~)

kafka is very hard to pinpoint. have you read all of his works? if you haven't then do that. if you have then I can only recommend you a few German writers that have a similiar vibe going on. Büchner is definitely great, start with Woyzeck (essential reading anyway). If you really liked Metamorphosis you should try surrealism, literature and art. recently visited like my fifth Dalí exhibition and saw some pieces I'd never seen before and got completely blown away (especially his take on The Divine Comedy, oh my lord). if you want to get into philosophy start with an overview of the greeks and then either work yourself through chronologically or go straight to the existentialists and then go backwards. Can't really rec you art if I don't know what you're into. Hope this helped.
