raf was based in belgium, and all those earlier pieces were made in belgium so there is a lot floating around. some of it belongs to the various boutiques themselves, stylists, industry types, even models from that period(raf used amateur belgium models)

normally itll be at a boutique that's having an exclusive or semi exclusive sale, sometimes they'll charge an entry fee. they'll either outsource the pieces, use their own or a combination of the two. lst one was about a year ago, industry people got invitations and first day entry, civilians could pay to enter after the first 2 days or so iirc.
