A little bit. As cool as those shoes are, they're the type of thing I'd expect to see with drapey, gray-scale outfits. I think you should just pay a lot of attention to fits that receive a lot of praise and check out inspo threads. Find some stuff that really inspires you and make the style your own.
So far it seems like you're listening to peoples' advice, but not really trying to understand or remember any of it.

To be honest. This is the type of look I really want to achieve, but have no way to find out how to do it. I think these types of fits only work for the Fall/Winter.
I don't really have an inspiration for the Spring/Summer yet.
Maybe that's my issue right now. I've got no inspo for this time of the year.

Getting a style like that is gonna be a long and expensive process, man. There's a lot of playing with different cuts and textures and it can be tough to get right. And there's not really cheap clothing that can emulate the look. You have to just start buying secondhand.
For now, just start planning out purchases before you actually make them. Try to visualize how it will fit with the rest of your wardrobe. Pay close attention to measurements. If you're buying in person, try on everything and make sure the fit is as close to perfect as you can get.

Well my size for jackets and suits are 34 Italian/european sizes.
As for shoes it's around 6/39 size.
For pants it's 28 waist and 30 length.
I wear xs shirts, t-shirts, and sweaters/hoodies.

I'm aware of the prices. For now Imma lay low and try to find a way to put a composition with the boots I bought.

It's 74 centimeters. A standard t-shirt gets me at 64 centimeters.
It's 10 centimeters bigger. The t-shirt I used is similar to the one I used for my fit.

WELL, the thing is that it all comes down to money. And really the reason I wearing fuccboi shoes, trackpants, and denim. Is because I've just started.
People have to realize that I have to learn from my mistakes and go forward.

Most of my life is shaded in this shadow of trying to be accepted or something.
It may sound weak, but I like to try fitting in.
No matter how weird or disjointed the community is.
I may sound insufferable at this point. Or sound like one of those people in the mainstream. But I like to follow I guess. Rather then lead.

The type of fashion I like. Doesn't really match the reality. Since I'm short and tanned skin.
The best fashion for me is to follow people with my body type and skin color.

The biggest problem I'm facing is that most of the people here are white skinned rather then tan and that just makes things more difficult for me.

Here's the thing I like contemporary styles, but also something comfortable.
I hate anything that reminds me of business wear or mainstream/trendy. I like artsy stuff.
Which is why I usually draw/sculpt very abstract art pieces.
That's what I really want.
Something Comfy but artsy.
That is all I gotta say.
