I do both as a non-competitive recreational athlete (meaning I don't work out or train for either one) and I have quite the hockey donk. It's big, almost spherically round, and dense in that muscular way. I'm kind of skinny and not muscular anywhere else besides my thighs, groin and 'tocks.
