Looks good, but I think you can improve this. Make your sweatshirt sleeves' rolls 1.5 times smaller, and consider showing up the shirt from them (just a tiny angle should be enough).
Shoes... I'd rather wear fully black Roshe Runs (I mena, w/ white sole and black swoosh) or some Common Projects/etc. You really don't want to have all these colorful details.

Try giving your sleeves one cuff, that's what I do when a sweater is too long. Make sure it looks fine like that, though.
The red-green palette isn't too great. Those colors go well together when they're dark, though.
White shirt would look better under the sweater. A patch of white or black can break up pure color nicely.
