Depends on the grill, overall I hate grills that dress slutty (ie : very short pleb dresses, too much make-up, pleb hair). There are so few people that try something different.
But what turns me on definitely is long dark hair with drapy black dress red lipstick and louboutins.

If a girl needs to ask a million different people if they like her shirt/pants/shoes/outfit, it probably doesnt look that good and it makes her seem insecure. If you dress even half decently (not-od on trends, have a basic sense of color palette) and think you look good, then you come off more attractively.

Donts:
-Boots with heels >1 inch. they look dumb
